Snuggie is the ORIGINAL wearable blanket that has sleeves!  It will keep you warm whether you’re watching TV, reading a book…or even working.

Snuggie Sherpa comes with super soft Sherpa lining and a luxurious overall feel, keeping you extra comfy and cozy.

 

Does Snuggie come in different sizes?

Snuggie comes in one size, which fits most adults and measures 71” x 54”. 

 

How should I clean my Snuggie?

Care is easy - Snuggies are machine washable and can be tumble dried on a low heat.

 

How does the Snuggie Heated Shawl work?

Snuggie Heated Shawl provides soothing heat therapy and keeps you feeling calm and cozy!  

It comes with 4 relaxing heat levels, controlled using a One-Touch Controller with a 9ft cord which plugs into a standard 110-120 volt wall outlet.  

Select the strength you desire to customize your heat therapy experience!

 

What material is the Snuggie Shawl?

Snuggie Shawl is made with a super soft Micro-Mink & Sherpa lining and a plush, luxurious outer material that feels soft to touch.

 

How big is the Snuggie Heated Shawl? 

The Snuggie Heated Shawl measures 50 inches x 60 inches. 

 

How should I clean my Snuggie Heated Shawl

You can machine wash on gentle cycle and in cold water.  Do not use bleach.  Always disconnect the controller cord from the product before washing, and do not submerge the  cords, power supply or control unit!

Tumble dry on LOW heat and ensure the shawl has enough room to tumble freely in the dryer.  

Do not iron, dry clean or wring the Shawl.  Be aware that some cleaning solvents may damage the wiring insulation.

 

Why doesn’t my Snuggie Heated Shawl feel hot enough? 

Please allow the device 15 minutes to fully heat up. 

 

What if I leave my Snuggie Heated Shawl on by accident? 

The heat will automatically shut after two hours. This is designed to provide added safety and conserve energy.  To reactivate the heating feature, simply press the power button.

 

What do I do if my Snuggie Heated Shawl unexpectedly shuts off or won’t
turn on (not including auto-off)? 

If this occurs, simply unplug the unit from the outlet and wait 5 minutes. Then, plug the adapter back into the outlet and power the unit on again. 

 

Can I sleep with my Snuggie Heated Shawl on? 

No – for safety purposes, do not use while sleeping.  Do not sit on, lean against, or crush the shawl.  

 

Can I use this product on children or animals? 

No, this product is not intended for use on children or animals.

 

When will my order ship? 

Your Snuggie(s) will ship within a few days of placing your order.  You’ll receive a shipping email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

 

What is your return policy?

Customer satisfaction is important to us.  If you are dissatisfied with any merchandise for any reason, simply return the product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
